Hi guys, Im back again (sorry for being a n00b all the time)
I have already asked a question when my HTC got bricked, here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2046383
now, it has the motherboard replaced so the HTCdev unlock bootloader doesnt work anymore. I tried anyway, and got error: "unlock token"
I tried the Juopunutbear S-OFF without unlocked bootloader, ControlBear said the motherboard is not recognized (wow).
Now, Im at a loss, dont know what to do anymore. Could anyone help me please? I mean, help me to root and S-OFF this phone

Have you got the drivers installed and not HTC sync?

I'm no expert on Juponutbear but I've S-off'd 3 times with it, and twice the phone had a replacement motherboard - no problems each time.
