[Q] My HTC TD2 Hangs On Startup Screen

After installing an application, my phone restarts and hangs on windows startup screen. i can see start button and htc background on screen, but nothing works. even when i connect device to my desktop, it knows my my phone as cool disk and activesync cannot detect my phone.
the only thing i want is to backup my contacts.
is there anyway to do so.
