Pull the battery and wait about 5 seconds then put it back in and hold volume down and the power button at the same time until your fastboot screen comes on then go to your recovery. If you cant do this let me know if you can ill explain what to do after you've gotten there

i do have a backup of my stock rom thats in another memory card
but when i choose to open recovery it comes back on that screen
n open fastboot

This happened to me what I did was use a one click root tool to help get out of that stupid screen. I reflashed the recovery and stock kernel from the one click root tool. Do you know how to do this?

There are different ways but your first step is to get to your recovery so like I said you need to flash your recovery again to get it properly working
