[Q] Naruto lockscreen Unleash the rasengan

Yo guys
I just wana make a naruto lockscreen
Is it possible so pls let me know am new here
I want my lockscreen as when shown naruto should load rasengan
and when i unlock the lockscreen he should fire that rasengan towards operator
Kinda tough one but want such type of lockscreen on my i9500
