[Q] Need a Xoom 2 MZ616 Original Program or Stock?

Hi everyone need your help reprograming my MZ616 Xoom 2 it won't boot up when i plugged the charger the screen just flashes the motorola logo and keeps on doing it, i have checked the battery when charging it, its discharging, me and my dad shocked the battery and it was charging normally again but the problem it still flashes the motorola logo

before it won't boot up it will go with the start up until to the part the logo has waving and waving and it will restart to the motorola logo and do the same thing over and over

i think it is a program issue i tried the recovery restore factory still doing the same thing

need your help guys

Hi, does anyone have a stock rom 3.2 or 3.2.2 for MZ616, Brazilian version? I am stuck in the infinite loop at booting.
