How can you say that your IMEI has changed ?
or maybe the good question would be : Why did you change it ?
The IMEI is stored on some special partitions and will not be affected by flashing custom rom.
However, before flashing any rom, you need to backup the IMEI (with the IMEI Backup tool) so you can restore it when need. Just in case...
