[Q] Need help - FC contact application

Hi guys,
I have offered an atrix to my dad ( stock 2.3.4 rooted), but each time I choose, or create a contact i got a FC with this message "sorry, force close application of space contact (process com . Motorola.contact)" or something like that (Google translate is my friend but my friend is not perfect)
Is anyone has any ideas?
All the contact are Google contact that were sync when he logged his Google account.
Only way to launch call is to use dial pad but impossible to create new contact :'(
Any ideas?

Tried before with clear data? Anyway do have a backup of contact before doing anything.

download Titanium back up from market
Click on backup/restore at the top of titanium
go to motorola contacts and freeze this app (this should stop you getting the 'process com . Motorola.contact' fails.

after you have done that we can look at helping you get your sync working properly.

Done but I still have force close when I choose a contact

unfreeze the motorola contacts ([email protected])
go into recovery and wipe dalvik cache... any better?
if not I would be thinking of a fresh install of your rom (do you think you could do that?)
