[Q} Need help for customizing SecMMS.apk (spec. Receiving time)

Can someone share or explain what I have to edit in the SecMMS.apk for set up the sms recipient limit and change the receive time to the sending time?
Specifically for XXELL4 4.1.2

Tried with this guide, but it appears that it only works on ICS not on JB
