[Q] Need help for undetected SanDisk Micro SD

Recently, I just bought a 16GB Class 10 SDHC Sandisk Micro SD Card which came with an adapter. When I inserted it in my HDH it cant be detected and the result with my computer. I cant format it , cant store data on it. Can anyone help? Did I get a fake card , but i get it from a PC fair
