Im on a rooted international(I9300) s3 4.1.2 and want to know how to go back to the absolute stock like the firmware that was shipped with my phone. I forgot what my old firmware ver when I got the phone was

Read the guide on returning to stock, choose the firmware from Sammobile.com that matches your country. The original firmware is irrelevant.
