[Q] Need help !!! Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM driver for Lumia 800

I can't recover or refurbish my lumia 800 , when recover using NCS 5 it cant recognize my phone when i press Start button .
In device manager , i see Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM device and not have right driver . Is that a reason ?

Windows 7 32bit
Zune 4.8.2345.0
Phone Firmware 1600.2479.7740.11451
Phone OS : 8107
