I want to ask one thing anyone please help!!! If i root my phone without S-OFF and flash any custom rom like ViperS, will S-ON make any effect on it? I mean will I be facing any trouble using that custom rom or using custom rom on S-ON or S-OFF will be same?

Hi,

You can run most ICS and JB ROMS with s-on,without any adverse effects.

Read the thread carefully.
You need 4 EXT recovery,and use the "Smartflash" option.
