[q] need help

trying to root my friends incredible and its not working as planned. i have a fascinate which was easy. we downloaded the driver but everytime we go to use the unrevoked recovery it says pushing recovery, then says failed to push recovery, terminating. Somebody please help!

I had a problem as well the first time but after a second try with unrevoked everything went smooth as butter. Now I am addicted to flashing lol
