[Q] Need info about knox and warranty.

Hello guys..
I have S4 mini Duos i9192.
Version is BML1.
Is there any available rooting method to root this version without tripping Knox flag?
And if the Knox flag is tripped to 0x1, the the samsung service center wont accept my device for free service. is that right?
Pls suggest.

For saferooting: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2565758 which won't trigger the Knox. And if it can't root, it won't touch anything.

Regarding Knox triggered and warranty, they've been various of feedback. Do a search in the forum you will see. Some people do manage to get some sort of warranty, and some got flat out refused by their service centre.

Hello, I have the same version BML1. I rooted my phone with kingo method. It did not trip the Knox flag. Still 0x0. I'm not a developer.

I tried kingo. After sometime it ask that it will install custom recovery using odin to root which will void warranty for sure.
Did you received this warning?

Yes I did receive that message. I proceeded and rooted. Knox did not trip with it.

can you please check one more time for me by going into odin mode and see 0x0..
Becoz kingo website itself stated that it will trip knox if rooted via custom kernel.
