I live in Pakistan and am currently visiting the US and am here till 23 April. I am desperate to get my hands on the One. I would use it on a GSM network in Pakistan so ideally the phone should be Sim unlocked.
My question is in two parts:
1. Is the AT&T or Sprint version Sim unlocked if bought with no commitment at full price?
2. How confident should I be that a Sim locked AT&T HTC One would be unlockable in the near future?
