i download the firmware via xperifirmware (http://forum.xda-developers.com/cro...xperifirm-xperia-firmware-downloader-t2834142) , I create the file tft in flashtool and tested with my ultra t2 , works perfectly considering I did a downgrade from 4.4.3 to stock ru firmware for d5303
