[Q] Need to Switch from Unrooted UCLB3 to Rooted UCLB3

How do I switch roms in this case? My current UCLB3 is unrooted and I'd like to flash the rooted UCLB3 version.

I'm not sure what to use to flash the zip for the rooted UCLB3 as I can't install CWM because the phone's not rooted.

I'm sure there's a simple solution, but I'm stumped.

I kept the ROMs kernel and just used a third party Video player such as MX Player (because the default player will stop working).

op says it's not rooted so it does not or can't have CMW.

read qkster's post and do it that way
