I bought my HOX off Craigslist, already unlocked. So, I do not have the unlock.bin code and I need it in order to upgrade by Hboot. Any ideas on how to get it? Could I just go on HTC.dev and go through the unlock process again even though I'm already unlocked, just to get the code?

no harm in trying :good:, u could also try emailing the lister on craiglists and see if he/she still has the file
EDIT: mine is unlocked, was still able to get unlock_code.bin

Follow up question: Do I need to be able to open the .bin file he sent me? When I try to open it, my computer says it can't open that type of file. Or, can I just leave it as is?np
It's not meant for you to read it, at all!
You will be able to use it through fastboot when you want to unlock your bootloader (providing that you did relock it beforehand)!
