[Q] NEO V ICS Update for Middle East

hey guys , i am in Syria , and i wanted to update to ICS via PC Companion , but every time they tell me there is no Internet Connection , how to make it working with some proxy programs like (Tor , Hotspotshiled....)

I'm have NEO V and i'm from egypt
and i'm already updatm my phone to ICS Official Yesterday
but you can't update via air ( Via phone )
you must connect to PC via sony PC Companion
and you will find updates
if you need the way to update just tell me

ICS was disappointing, very laggy and not smooth at all maybe you just wanna stick with ginger bread till the devs here optimize ICS ?! take care....

Hello I also need the original firmware for the middle east for neo v either gb 4.0.a.0.62 or the ics 4.1.a.0.562 because I got tired and I couldn't find them
So please if anybody can help me because I really need them
