[Q] New dialer feature in current AOSP 4.4 ROMs

From the 3-4 different aosp ROMs, I've noticed the new dialer business search doesn't work (for me at least). However, the N5 port works just fine. Has anyone successfully gotten the new dialer to work in aosp ROM? If so, how?
