[Q] New phone, couple questions

Hello, i just but this phone yesterday.And i have a few problems.Does the multi tasking relly suck or is it only me.I mean when im in skype and im talking i cant go to any other app cause it logs off.And i dont know why i do multitasking and skype is there buth when im in a other app i am offline.Any way to fix it like it is on android.And one more very important question is there any way to download paid apps for free like on android.I am on WP 7.8.Thx for the help
