[Q] New SD Card. What do I need to backup to be able to flash?

Hey guys, I've got a new SD card and want to start fresh so I don't want to copy en masse from my old card. I use Android Revolution 4.1.11. I'm no expert but I'm thinking the only thing I'll need to be able to flash a new ROM is the 4ext folder or am I mistaken?

Hi,

Keep whatever you need of YOUR files(photos,backups,CWM,4EXT... etc.)
Android will put its own files on.
I know,because I just finished doing it.
