I am new to this forum and to the world of ROMs, Apps and all that Jazz which really fascinates me.
However, I would appreciate if someone can help me or put me in the right direction how to create themes and apps for OnePlus One.
Just a bit of info - I got a new OnePlus One which is running Cynogen OS version - 11.0, Android Version 4.4.4
