[Q] Nexus 4 - Google Wallet - Security Issue?

So I have the latest CM 10.1 nightly + Franco 165

My google wallet works on vending machines without me putting in my Wallet pin. Here is the steps I take...

1. Unlock phone
2. Press phone on NFC scanner on vending machine
3. Wallet Appears asking for a PIN
4. Without putting my pin in, i pick out what i want to vend
5. Press End on vending machine
6. Google wallet has been charged

Is this normal functionality?? I thought if I didn't put in my Google wallet pin I shouldn't be able to make a purchase...

I've tried this twice and it worked both times.
