[Q] No Rom at all, will not flash anything

After getting a new phone i decided to use my sensation as a testing mule for various roms, as i know how to flash, i have done it many times, especially when i first rooted , but when i tried to go from my then current rom, Codename lungo to albinomans 4.4 rom it wouldnt flash, i flashed back to CL and tried to flash Pacman, same result, no flashing. Now my phone will not flash any rom at all, i can only go to recovery, which says "Unknown Rom", I dont know what to as i want to also use it as a music player.

did you enable smartflash?
also install the latest 4ext version

you could try to format your sdcard too

my recovery is v1.0.0.5 RC9 reformatted my SD card as well, and smartflash is enabled as always

try to flash a different rom
if nothing changed then reflash 4ext

tried flashing another rom, nothing changed, still came up with errors, ill try reformatting over pc and reflash 4ext, cheers
