IV'E BEEN RUNNING FROYOSTONE 2.2 ON MY TMOBILE HTC HD2 FOR ABOUT 4 DAYS NOW WITH NO ISSUES. I SHUT OFF MY PHONE TO CHARGE IT,WHEN I TURN IT BACK ON I HAVE SERVICE ON WINDOWS MOBILE,BUT WHEN I BOOT ANDROID I HAVE NO SERVICE"NO SIM CARD". EVERYTHING WAS FINE TILL TODAY! I APPRECIATE ANY HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

not sure i understand "bigtime newbie". everthing was perfect this morning untill i did that battery life trick where you charge it a few times on and off. thats when the problems started. windows mobile could read my sim but not android.

android is not recognizing my sim card on my hd2, only recognizes it when i go back to WINDOWS MOBILE.

Haven't ran into that issue. Try deleting your data.img from windows in the android (build) folder and boot android. Will loose all your apps and settings, but might fix your problem

I ran into this same problem too, ecept in WinMo I don't show any contacts either. Been running mattc leo 1.8 for a month, and no problems (except the internet disco issue) until today. Also, in the settings for wireless and mobile networks, it says "Mobile Network is disconnected because the radio was turned off." Deleting the data.img didn't work. I am going to try installing a new radio, and new android build later tonight and see if that takes care of it.
