[Q] noise in camera !! :(

i take any pic in sea by xperia z ...

After that lens Steam Familiarize !!!!

then Camera The error : Camera not Available !!

i turn off my phone for 3 days , and flash .283 ...

now camera is working , but Quality not the same !!! and have very little noise !!!!

please help ...

If you flashed another ROM and the same problems so that's mean there is a problem with the camera...
