I noticed that the Nokia XL, released today in India, runs a version of Android. Do you think we could port it over to work on the Nokia 820?

Well crap...How about a side loaded Android "emulator" version of Google Play store? Yeah I already know the answer to this one -- I guess I'll have to wait until I can afford a different phone to have access to a reasonable level of apps. Maybe the Balmer ghost over Microsoft will die and they will open up the platform...otherwise they are dead in the water
