[Q] Noob question, what to root my C6606 to? rom, kernal? etc

Hi I'd really appreciate some help! I'm totally lost. I need someone to PLEASE explain some of this to me like i'm 5!

I've been trying for hours to understand what steps to take in getting a working 4.4.4 version on my Xperia Z and i'm close to giving up.

I've followed the guide and unlocked my bootloader successfully. Here's what it shows about my phone:

I'm reading and reading different forums on what's next and its not clicking with my thick head for some reason.

How do I get to a stable version? Can I install something like Cyanogenmod and is there a latest version?

Any help would be so so nice!

Flashing stock 4.4.4 does not require BL to be unlocked.
you can use flashtool to flash the rom
Download any 4.4.4 firmware for 6602 rom from here
Download flashtool from here
