[Q][ Nook HD+ ]Partition table is damaged，how can I fix it?

Dear all,I met a problem with my Nook HD+ 16GB.The machine cannot turn on without tf card , staying at the recovery screen,and unable to log in.Every time I tried to install the the cm11 ,it reads
E：can't mount /cache/recovery/connand
E：can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E：can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E：can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E：can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
My friend told me my nook is bricked ,for the partition table is damaged.
So I wonder how can I fix it,or I could just throw it away.
Need your help,many tks

Go to my HD/HD+ CWM thread linked in my signature and make a new bootable CWM SD per item 1a. Use that to flash a plain stock zip from item 6 followed by a factory reset via CWM. Then you can start over.

By the way, I wonder if there is anything I can do to fix the Partition table ,and install the CM on internal driver,coz the speed of C4 tf card is so limited.

Sorry to inerrupt you again,the same problem came again,when I enter the TWRP,it can't load the sd card,so I wonder if you can do me a favor,tell me how can i slove this problem.
