You do realize we aren't just talking about some notification toggles, right? These are below them, I see no way to remove or change them.Not sure why you can't replace them. It lets me do it just fine. If you're talking about just getting rid of them and having empty spots then I don't think it will let you

it removes the apps but not the notifications... notifications staysrooting your phone and then download from google store "root app delete"
There IS an xposed module that does this.......but I'm running 4.4.2......don't know if it's sorted for lollipop yet.....would be great if xposed modual came out for this there very annoying
