I've been using the Google Experience launcher from KitKat for a few days now with no problems, aside from the absence of the "OK Google" functionality. It seems like everyone else's (4.2+) devices are working fine with it after installing all the necessary apk's and lib files, etc. but I can't figure out how to make it work on the Sensation; as far as I'm aware there's no special tricks, it's just supposed to be part of the 4.4 launcher.

Anyway, I'm guessing that a lot of you guys probably have the GE launcher installed right now so I'm curious to know if anyone has the OK Google hotword working on the Sensation?

I had it working after upgrading my Carbon 4.3.1 but decided to do a clean install and didn't get it working again :confused
But when you Google it seems we are not the only one.

Ok guys I got lucky and this worked for me. 1st off I have a note 2 on sprint with a 3rd party keyboard. When I installed following instructions in order I could not get the voice to work by itself until I reinstalled velvet.apk. After that it worked like a charm. Let me know if it works for you guys as well.

Correction:
It only works after Re installing velvet.apk but the moment I switch to something else it doesn't work anymore!?
