[Q] Old Kernel, unroot and lock Bootloader

Hello guys, I need your help please.
I have root my HTC One Mini and i have flashed a new Kernel before 1 week. Now I want to go back.
How to go to the old Kernel? I want to unroot it. I have did a TWRP Backup before I flashed it.
I want to go to old Kernel, old Recovery and lock my mobile again. Please help. Thank you.

Hello, I have restore the backup and now it´s unroot. Now I´ll search the normal recovery and then an I´ll lock it again. I have found Tutorials in google.
