[Q] Onecosmic's ICS Port Android 4.0.3 from RC3 to RC3.1

Hi there,since i can't post on development could anyone tell me if i can flash onecosmic's I9000_STOCKPLUS_ICS_RC3-PLUS_v2 to I9000_STOCKPLUS_ICS_RC3-PLUS_v3 without wipe?
