[Q] OTA error status 7

guys, need help here. received OTA update from 1.18.707.1 to 707.3
upon installation got red traingle then error as follow

assert failed: apply_patch_check(/system/build.prop)
e:error in /sdcard/download/(ota file name)
status 7
installation aborted

is it due to build.prop? if so anyone can donate me the file?
im on Asia_WWE

Are you rooted, custom recovery?

rooted.stock recovery.stock ROM. 707.3 OTA is my second OTA, the first OTA was 707.1
all smooth during the first OTA. no idea what happened now sudden unable to update with above error mssg.#sigh#
