[Q] P505 Freaky Colors

Each ROM I try to flash on my LG Phoenix(p505) ends in my phone booting with all freaky looking colors rather than the normal colors. It almost looks like the phone is a negative of a photo. CM10.1 flashed and looked perfect, but the home button didn't work for me. If this is posted in here somewhere i apologize for posting this, but I tried searching and I am having no luck and I am just going crazy trying to get this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
