I tried Gizmolord RC8 but the problem is with the display. Its resolution / display is very dim. I tried to increase the brightness but even in full, i am not able to see properly in sunlight.

Looks like there is a bug in the ROM which could not be corrected. May be a rooted STOCK rom will be perfect in terms of brightness.

So pls give link of rooted STOCK ROM 4.0.1

I've found the PDL ICS link from Xda Burst Wiki page.
IMO You'll need Pantech Suite / SW to flash it.

Hi friends

my son is still using this phone. I had installed slim rom earlier on this phone which started giving problems like automatically starting of 3g, WiFi etc so I tried wiped cache, dalvic and system to install cm11 but after restarting, cm started hanging and there was no internal memory in the phone.

can anyone tell what I did wrong and how to get internal space back and which is the last best rom and gapps for this phone?

Your best bet is to install jelly bean rom because this phone doesn't run too well on any of cm11 rom that is available. But if you must use the kk rom, i have good result using the carbon rom, but it's still not as smooth when this phone is running on say slimbean rom.

My bad, not carbon rom, but liquid smooth. At the top of page 524, you can get all the custom rom and gapps files that are made for pantech burst from that link.

I know about those links but the problem is that those ROMs are not working or have been corrupted as I have tried all of them. Therefore, I am looking for working ROM links for Burst.

That's the only site that is still up, all the other sites all gone 404, so I don't know what elseto tell you other than get another phone. Really, you cant blame those people for taking down their sites, they probably don't think anybody else is still using this phone. I have some of the rom files i may be able to give them to you over my google drive. I have to dig around my hard drive though. Let me know if you want them.

Above is my google drive link. It has cm10, slimbean, liquid smooth kk, gapps for jb and kk. it's all compressed in a .rar file. This is the first time i have created a google drive link, so if you cant download the file, let me know. BTW, these files all have been i nstalled and ran on my p9070, so if you cant get them to run on your burst, I can't help you out there. Also, I have the original gb and ics firmware, if you need them too, let me know.
