I also wonder about this.
I dont really trust the adonit pen with the disc since it just stopped doing anything on ANY tablet. Just stopped working. No nothing. IMO sucks anyway. But Adonit has others. They are pricey though.

EDIT:
I would say get a good feel of how responsive your finger is. Then expect no less. All the ones i have tried are unresponsive and inaccurate. The mesh style at least for me is so far the most responsive i have tried, but it still is not very good. The wacom bamboo with the rubber tip is not any good either. Especially if you find out the screen protector is rubbery.

I am looking for a S-Pen style pen for this tablet.

The S-Pen requires special hardware in the tablet screen which the Transformer doesn't have, so you'll never get anything quite like that. The best you'll get are capacitive pens, which aren't really any more accurate than using your finger.
