[Q] phone radios

Hello I don't know if I am saying this right. apparently when I flashed an AOKP rom my galaxy s3 could not make phone calls. It would say it was roaming. The data would not work. Also I noticed and I don't know if this has any thing to do with it. After flashing rom the phone would not activate. In the phone number part 0's with 88 at the end. Someone help me please!!!!!
