I performed a restore this morning with CWM. After the restore was completed my pictures were all located in the gallery. Its been a couple hours since the restore and now the pictures are gone. Anyone know if I can get them back. Thanks in advance.

I just remembered there were a few more details I left out. Last night I switched from CM 9.1 to CM 10.1. After I installed it my pictures were gone but before when I went from CM 9 to CM 9.1 they were still there. Could this have something to do with it also? The backup I had was the CM 9.1 ROM.They are still there try and clear data on gallery
Use a Media Scanner app from the playstore to force your media scanner to scan.I just remembered there were a few more details I left out. Last night I switched from CM 9.1 to CM 10.1. So I installed a media scanner app and it didn't find my pictures. So when a backup is performed in CWM does it backup pictures? I didn't really have any important pics so it's not a total loss. Thank you for all your help.Use a Media Scanner app from the playstore to force your media scanner to scan.
Your pictures are still there it is just that the media scanner is bugging out. Unless you wiped internal storage. So I installed a media scanner app and it didn't find my pictures. After the restore I went into gallery and it showed all my albums and well as the number of pictures in each album. The strange thing it that the numbers were going down one by one as the gallery was open. Also I didn't wipe the internal storage.Your pictures are still there it is just that the media scanner is bugging out. Unless you wiped internal storage.
Yea Im not sure. Try rebooting and then keeping the screen on for 20 minutes. After the restore I went into gallery and it showed all my albums and well as the number of pictures in each album. Plug your phone into your computer and look there in internal and external sd card for .jpg .png etcSo I checked the DCIM directory and there isn't anything there so does this mean I am out of luck?
Trying that now. Thanks again.Plug your phone into your computer and look there in internal and external sd card for .jpg .png etc
They definitely shouldn't have. In your internal storage look for a folder called 0 and there should be stuff in thereIt looks like they are gone. I don't know what happened. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else. Thanks for all your help.
