[q] [please help] [d5322] {imei showing null}

Using T2 Ultra D5322
After Updating my D5322 to Lollipop 5.0.2 my phone's imei is gone.
I don't know what i have done wrong with my phone while flashing but i know that i flashed customized IN(19.3.A.0.470) for India.

How to get my IMEI back ?
