Status of my phone: Locked Bootloader, Rooted, with dual recovery

I am running flashtool onf a 32bit Windows 7 Computer

I tried to flash my backup ftf file using flashtool which usually work for me
so when I connect my t2 ultra via usb while pressing volume down button

and my phone will start to bootloop.
And an error will display on flash tool

DO IT ON UR OWN RISK
If u have twrp recovery then go to wipe/advanced wipe / select cache ,data, SYSTEM ALSO
after that open flashtool before connecting device , open 4.4.2 ftf file
And it will start preparing file and it will prompt u to connect ur device and then connect ur device it will successfully start flashing

If only I can access recovery but I cannot access recovery every time I press power on the device it will go to bootloop.
Yes i already tried flashing 4.4.2 ftf but when i connect my phone while pressing volume down it will always bootloop

The 4.4.2 ftf is in firmwares
So replace it with new 4.4.2 ftf file
yes thats what i have been doing ever since i also tried 4.4.3 or the older 4.3
I want to emphasize that i know to flash firmware I know where to put it obviously.
I think there is no problem with the firmware.
I think the problem is every time i insert the phone via usb it will bootloop so i cant flash anything.
If you have advice just to stop the bootloop during flashing that would be great
