write your sd card with the cwm proded by lepinlar

then write the sd card with the cwm image after unzipping it

take it out of computer and put it in nook

you will see cyanoboot screen, after this it will go into clock work mod

after in clockwork mod scroll down into the mounts and storage

select mount sd card

then turn off nook manually and insert the sd back into computer

download leapinlar's revision 2 zip for your device

put the zip on sd card and DO NOT unzip it

then with nook off insert the sd

it will boot into cwm

now go to install zip from sd

select download zip from external sd

select the leapinlar zip that you already put on the sd card

now select yes on the screen with the no's and on yes

it will quikly install the zip into your nook and root it

now when finished remove the sd and THEN turn it off

turn it back on and it will turn on normally but with some more apps installed

if every thing is done right you will see the option to use zeam launcher when you press the "n" button

now select use as default and select the zeam launcher

go into apps and open super user at least once before using any sort of root apps

now that you have rooted you will probably want gapps so download the leapinlar zip for gapps on the nook (NOT any other gapps zip just leapinlar's) or do it the long way and install it to the sd card like you did before when you rooted it

now insert the sd into the nook while off

turn the nook off

turn the nook back on so it boots into cwm

go to install zip from sd

pick install zip from internal (the last option)

now pick downloads forlder and the gapps zip

select yes on the screen with the no's and one yes

it will install the gapps zip

now take the sd out and THEN turn off

now turn on

it will turn on then update apps then reboot and upate apps

when you go into the app drawer you will see the play store

if the play store is not there than you should retry the process

Oh dear, I made things a lot easier than that! I just burned the CWM card, copied the three zips I planned to install to the card, put it in the powered off Nook, booted into CWM, choose "install zip from card", picked my zips and installed them one by one in one go and then rebooted after all three where installed.. As per instructions in Leapinjar's topic.
