[Q] PLEASE HELP ME (Sensation XE Bricked) ALL DEVS PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone. I bought this sensation xe from my friend. He was using gingerbread in it. But when i got the phone, i tried to switch it on but it stuck in the bootloop.
I cant do anything else. I tried factory reset, recovery but it didint work.
Below is what it shows in the hboot. I tried to unlock bootloader but everything was fine the part where we get to choose whether to yes or not to unlock bootloader. i clicked yes but it just stuck there.
Please HELP ME!!!!!!!

read this post carefully and fallow the steps
i did stuck in boot loop 1000 times before and every time i find the answer so where here in forum just don't panic read and fallow the steps carefully...

sorry haven't checked your PM....and you didnt reply anything in this thread so i figured you were able to solve your problem...

as you are struck on bootloop and cant do anything but just go into bootloader...then we need to find the corresponding ruu and install GB rom...

for that i need your cid ..."fastboot getvar cid"
you can still use fastboot as you can get into bootloader...

EDIT:
im subscribed to this thread now...so ill get an instant mail whenever there is a new post in this thread..don't worry I've solved 3 exact cases so your problem will be solved in no time(it might take couple of hours though ) ....i'm planning to write a guide now

It shows waiting for device and thats all even in fastboot.
But i checked in my device manager in my computer, it can detect.

Can u tell me how i can find out my CID.

Revolutionary won't work for now...in order to use revolutionary you need to have a Rom...that's why im asking you to give CID so that I can find you appropriate ruu which will install gb rom

First have adb/fastboot setup
Here is the link on how to setup this

Then keep your phone in fastboot
Connect your phone to computer
After you connect your phone
You should have "fastboot usb"
Showing on your mobile screen

then use fastboot command
First try "fastboot devices"
It should show your device

Then to get the cid type
"fastboot getvar cid"

Don't forget to install HTC Driver

connect your phone in fastboot mode...and connect it to computer
then try running the RUU from your computer....

glad its working...hopefully it doesnt update HBOOT ...then you can use revoultionary to SOFF
and then ICS

EDIT: don't know how much time ..it would take ...as i havent tried it myself...but heard it takes some time to install

Dont worry ...if RUU fails ...it wont brick your device...but if it is saying erasing the data ...then it means initial check are successful...and every thing will be taken care by RUU

is your device becoming hot now ?
make sure you have power to your phone...or connect your phone to power outlet/computer via USB...and DON'T EVER take of /switch off the phone when RUU is working...
it will BRICK your device
