[Q] Please help, very new to forums and rooting

I was just trying to do a simple backup with goomanager and when i said boot into recovery and hit yes it got me stuck on the screen of verizon has detected unallowed software on device turn off phone and send it in store, then by some miracle of home+power+down i got into a screen that now says downloading do not turn target off, and it has txt in the top left reading:
