i try to recover my bricked nokia 800 using ncs 5, but it comes up with the following error

DTL Connection: Could not connect to media. DTL Back-End error code = 0x8400A403. DTL Back-End: Driver initialization failed. DCM status code = 0x84004424, Common USB DCM: USB preparation failed, last error code = 0x8007000D. .

i have the same problem but with Lumia 510. Please help..
