I accidentally formatted the System partition of my s4 mini gt-i9190, after that I decided to install the Aroma S5 Rom and after that i got network blocked for all the careers except for movistar, my phone was factory unlocked, I went to movistar's CS and they said they never block the phone so they don't know how to unlock :/ i've been changing rooms and googling for a while but can't get a solution, I tried to do the Sha256_off trick but my phone only gets SHA256_info value so i can't change it (the value is 1), what can I do now? i would really appreciate your help

Did you try it to flash stock FW with Odin? If no, go ahead .

Yeah, flashing a firmware with Odin (preferably KitKat which isn't ISP-specific) will fix your issue, hopefully.

I already tried installing it, even though now i formated the /boot parti have a bootloop, not working with any ROM I have, even stock

Do you have recovery, adb?

Is Odin mode working? Then search for a pit and flash that way

Odin is working, i've tried 2 stock roms already, I don't really about the pit i'll google it.

I guess you messed up your partition...
Well, flash a PIT file with a stock rom...

I already managed to start it but still not able to unlock the network, any ideas?
