I need a simple app... Which modifies the following things:

sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/scaling_cpu_num_lock 0 to 4

sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/scaling_ddr_min_freq 360000 to 450000

sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/scaling_gpu_min_freq 360000 to 480000
