Razr i has a x86 processor so it can run windows8 is this possible virtually? I want to port windows8 on my phone

By the same logic you can get windows 8 running on ARM architectures... so it is not only related to the CPU architecture as you will figure it out eventually.

But personally I think the way our phone boots is not with a typical or at least normal UEFI where we could select the bootloader for the device to boot on. If you really want to port it 'natively' start looking at the Motorola source tree to get more clues of how it is working.
