[Q] Problem in downloading Cyanogenmod 10.2 source code

i m downloading the cyanogenmod 10.2 source code but every time it freezes at

Fetching projects:  98% (382/389)  Receiving objects:   9% (2007/20804), 620.00 
Fetching projects:  99% (386/389)  Receiving objects:  25% (5399/20804), 1.94 Mi 
Receiving objects:  98% (20416/20804), 1.24 GiB | 50.00 KiB/s

the receiving object never increase from there. i have to begin it from the beginning...
Whats the problem? Someone please help!!!

I dont think its very big file. terminal behaves as it has been paused it seems like its paused in:

Receiving objects:  98% (20416/20804), 1.24 GiB | 50.00 KiB/s

it never increases from 1.24 GiB. this has happened to me 4 times and every time it stops in 20416. i dont know whats going wrong. i have waited 4 hrs thinking it would increase but nothing happens it pauses there without giving error. i have repeated it 4 time and also i've wasted 5 GB data....
